I offer a free interview for us to meet.  At that time you are able to meet me in
person and ask me any questions that you may have.
Questions to ask when hiring a doula
~ Prenatal Visits ~
  • 2 - 3 visits (more if you prefer and time allows)

  • Help to establish your birth wishes

  • Provide information and resources

  • Discuss breastfeeding and postpartum expectations

  • Available for any questions or concerns

~ 24 hour on call ~
  • Available 24 hours from 38 weeks to 2 weeks postpartum

  • Feel free to call at anytime if you feel you need to talk or want to update me

~ Support for Labor and Birth ~
  • Breathing and Relaxation

  • Massage

  • Suggestions for labor positions

  • Encouragement

  • Take pictures or video if desired

  • Help to establish breastfeeding

~ Postpartum Support ~
  • 1 - 2 visits ( more if desired)

  • Family Transition

  • Check mom's needs

  • Support for breastfeeding

  • Answer any questions


This is just a basic outline of what is covered during our visits.  I also provide a contract that would be signed by both
parties should you decide to use my services.                    
~ My Doula Fees ~
My fees include:
~ all prenatal visits
~ support through labor and birth
~ postpartum visits
~ 24 hour availability 38 weeks - 2 weeks postpartum

~~ The fee for these services is $500.00.  A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of signing
our contract.  The remaining balance of $300.00 is due two (2) weeks prior to your due date.
